Return & Refund Policy
1.To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be provided.
2.Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer's account number.
3.Delivery fees are non-refundable.
4.Receiving the product from the delivery representative is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the external condition of the product is intact and free of defects that would warrant a return.
5.The return and exchange period is calculated from the date and time of receipt from the delivery representative.
All products available on the store are eligible for return and exchange, under the following conditions:
•The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, packaged in its original box and unopened, or if opened, found to be defective.
•Returns must be made at the time of delivery by the representative or within three days if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package.
•Returns must include any promotional accessories, if applicable, or the price of the promotional items will be deducted.
